Gamora

Gamora Hi guys, I’m Gamora, but Mumma calls me “G!” I came to the sanctuary a long time ago when I was left alone in a cage with my brother Loki and my sister Nebula. No one had time for us, so we got to go to our new home at the sanctuary! The three of us all love it here. Mumma says I have something called Allergy Induced Asthma, and I was actually prescribed a nebulizer to help me breathe when I’m having a hard time. When the seasons change, I tend to have a harder time. My sister, Nebula has Insulinoma and Adrenal Disease, but she’s got medicines for those and she’s finally growing back some fur! As for Loki, he’s actually blind in one eye, but it doesn’t stop him from being his fun ferret self!
As for me, I can normally be found in a fuzzy pillowcase, in a sleeping bag, or a the very center of a cuddle puddle in a big bed. Some of my favorite things include all things fuzzy - whether it’s my favorite pillowcases, soft sleeping bags, and fleece or sherpa blankets. I also love stashing toys, tennis balls, ping pong balls, tunnels and food! I especially love warm soupies. Sometimes Mom even brings soupies to me while I’m sleeping! Waking up to warm soupies is the best thing!
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from me and all of my fuzzy noodle friends! Thank you so much!

We are a self funded private rescue/sanctuary in New Hampshire. Our current residents come from all over New England. Some came to us sick and old, and others healthy in large groups. We make sure to never separate bonded groups who come in so no one looses who they love.
We go through supplies rapidly with the number of noodles in our care, and finances are always tight. Thank you so much for anything and everything, we couldn’t keep this going without the love and support we get during this time of year from the ferret community. There are about 20 ferrets here that this very well might be their last Christmas, so we make sure everyone gets to play with and enjoy the gifts that are received!

We are always in need of the following…
