Merry Dookings, my name is Gus Gus. I am one of the fosters that Washington Ferret rescue and Shelter has found a special human to live with. When I came to the shelter Auntie Vondelle and Auntie Debbie were VERY worried about me. I had a a stroke and they were not sure I was going to make it. My teeth are really bad and I am adrenal. So when my human parents came in the shelter my aunties knew that they were the people that would take care of me.
When they took me home I met my bestest ferret friend Lily. We are like two peas in a pod or as my human lady says “thick as thieves” Lily and I play together, snuggle together, eat together and take our meds together. We live in a group of 7 ferrets and Lily and I keep those young whippersnappers in line. My human lady thanks us with peanut butter treats all of the time because we do such a good job. Well I think that is the reason.
I have lots of weasel friends to play with and I think my human lady does a good job with me and my friends. I really like to help my human man play video games at night.
When Santa Ferret comes to my house I would like him to bring me lots and lots of wet ferret food. I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!!! Since my teeth are icky it is easier to eat. But don’t worry my human lady gives me lots of hard kibble as well. I would also ask for ferret toothpaste that stuff is yummy and makes my teeth feel good. Lily and I love our double hammocks and our igloo to snuggle in. So if Santa could bring us more hammocks and more soft igloos that would be DOOKTASTICAL.
My greatest wish is that Santa Ferret find homes for all of my friends that I left behind at the shelter. They need to find good humans like my human parents, Auntie Vondelle, Auntie Debbie and Uncle Kevin.
