Fondly nicknamed FiFi by the volunteers, Fiona has been at the shelter for 5 years now. She had been kept for the first year and a half of her life in a crummy little rusted, wire cage and totally ignored by her owners who lived in an ENORMOUS, very expensive house. She meant nothing to them and they weren't bothered at all when they demanded that the shelter come and pick her up (limo service?) and remove her. She's a big, lots of junk-in-her-trunk, bitey-ish Canadian gal (although she gets better all the time) and she bosses ALL the boys around. And every once in a while she even socks it to her favorite volunteers -- just to keep them in line too. FiFi has just had adrenal surgery and is on Melatonin implants and Lupron. A donation to our vet would be very appreciated or a donation to our shelter account at Totally Ferret would be wonderful so shelter mom can keep that kibble coming and FiFi can keep her curvy plus-size rolls.
