Maggie is the tiniest little sable. When the two girls arrived they were malnourished. Meredith was still eating on her own, but Maggie was not so lucky. We carefully began feeding her 10 ccs ever hour or so, and slowly built up the amount of food her tiny tummy could hold. She is our little miracle. At just over 1/2 a pound, she bravely underwent surgery for her adrenal disease and lost her kidney. It was an uphill battle to keep her going. Over a year later, she has tripled her body weight, and is stronger than ever. She gets an implant every three months. Meredith, a small high white silver, has been her constant companion through it all. She cuddles her, consoles her, and is always by her side. She is her best friend. They would love some soft new sleepy sacks to share. Also their favorite treats are the Bacon Bandit treats and the NBone chicken chews. The girls wish you dances of joy throughout the holidays and all the year.
