Hi, my name is Mr. Nibbs. My age is unknown. I was surrendered to Philly ACCT as a supposed stray and was pulled from death row by a nice lady. I have a pretty good sized tumor on my head that I will be getting removed as soon as I put on some weight and I'm healthier. I'm also adrenal and I'll be getting an implant. I like to eat, so some kibble off of the shelter list, some stuff to make soupies, or a nice warm bed would be wonderful.
