Joey arived after being left with a volunteer, who was able to recognize that he was in a "light coma", due to insulnomas. She gave him Karo and brought him to the shelter - then off to the vet for care and surgery.
Joey is much improved, was on meds for about 6 months, is now part of the handicapped group. He was a 5 year old DEW in summer of 2011, has had to have a tail tumor removed, but keeps the two handicapped girls in line |
